Unclaimed Packages are non-refundable unless buyer pays a Shipping and Handling fee to resend. Buyer has a week to claim package again after Email confirming Unclaimed Package or order is eliminated.
If items arrive broken, you are required to send photo of broken item/s to email@example.com with all your information including order number. You have 24 hours from arrival date to claim broken items.
