Brujitas Policies

  • Before you begin using any Brujita Skincare product, we recommend testing it on a small area of skin to make sure you aren't sensitive to any of the ingredients. If you experience any adverse reactions while using Brujita, please  discontinue use and contact us directly via email with proof of reaction.
  • No Returns or Exchanges. 
  • No Cancellations once order is processed. 
  • Business Days are MONDAY-FRIDAY.
  • Shipment Days are daily except SAT-SUN. 
  • Allow 14 BUSINESS DAYS for shipment delivery.  All products are handmade and made fresh after order.
  • Please allow 14 BUSINESS DAYS for shipment unless Brujita is traveling, it may take slightly longer. (International-2 weeks)
  • Unclaimed Packages are non-refundable unless buyer pays a Shipping and Handling fee to resend. Buyer has a week to claim package again after Email confirming Unclaimed Package or order is eliminated. 
  • If items arrive broken, you are required to send photo of broken item/s to brujitaskincare@gmail.com with all your information including order number. You have 24 hours from arrival date to claim broken items. 
  • Brujita Skincare is NOT responsible for any lost or undelivered (SENT BACK TO SENDER) packages including "DELIVERED" packages. Please provide the correct shipping address. Please provide a safe address. 
  • Brujita Skincare is NOT responsible for any STOLEN packages. 
Brujita travels A LOT to Mexico to source ingredients.  An Instagram post is always made for those dates. Please be on the look out for that. Sometimes, shipments stop until Brujita is back in town. Thank you for your light and understanding! Follow @brujitaskincare
