Shipping and Return Policies

 

Before you begin using any Brujita Skincare product, we recommend testing it on a small area of skin to make sure you aren't sensitive to any of the ingredients. If you experience any adverse reactions while using Brujita, please  discontinue use and contact us directly at shipping@brujitaskincare.com with proof of reaction.

Brujita Skincare Inc is not responsible for packages once they have left our HQ. We have no control in mishandling, lost or damaged packages. There are protocols that must be followed for your order to be replaced. Please read below.

Shipping Policies

  • No Cancellations once order is processed. 
  • Business Days are MONDAY-FRIDAY.
  • Shipment Days are MONDAY-FRIDAY
  • Allow 14 BUSINESS DAYS for shipment delivery. All products are handmade and made fresh after order. International orders may take longer. Keep up to date with the tracking number provided.
  • Unclaimed Packages are non-refundable unless customer pays a Shipping and Handling fee to resend. Customer must email shipping@brujitaskincare.com  to confirm unclaimed package. Customer must pay invoice for package to be sent back to them. 
  • If items arrive broken, you are required to send photos of broken item/s to brujitashipping@gmail.com with all your information including order number. You have 24 hours from arrival date to claim broken items. 

Returns/Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges.
  • No Cancellations once order is processed. 
  • If items arrive broken, you are required to send photo of broken item/s to shipping@brujitaskincare.com with all your information including order number. You have 24 hours from arrival date to claim broken items.

Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • All domestic shipments are insured with Shipsurance. In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged, please email shipping@brujitaskincare.com with your order number. We will file a claim on your behalf and customer agrees to follow protocol for verification on lost shipment or damaged shipment. This is the only way to get your order replaced. Unclaimed packages are different from lost/damaged packages. See above for rule on Unclaimed packages. 

International Shipments

  •  Customs, Duties & Import Fees: All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • Customs Delays: Customs processing times vary by country. Brujita Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
  • Refused Packages: If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the cost of return shipping and any related fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Accurate Shipping Information: Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly to avoid delays or lost packages.
  • No Liability for Local Restrictions: Some countries may restrict certain skincare ingredients. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that products comply with local import regulations before ordering.
